These are not in any particular order
These were composed between 2008 and 2011, some are a complete mess, others even worse. Mix and Learn, Mix and Learn.
Bread Just cause it starts with banjo, doesn’t mean anything. We can move from here to techno disco in no time, with a little weird stuff salted in for bad measure.
Thank You
Charmer Using a left over bar of flute that was never worked with
Honey Comb This piece is comprised of piano, upright bass, drums, and a couple horns. Very simplistic melody. The piano stacks itself up to a crescendo in the middle of the music, following a clarinet solo. It then mellows back to where it began.
Onomatopoeia Sounds like something, I just can’t put my finger on it ;)
Duex Onomatopoeia was done, and I wanted to do another using the same band because I liked the sound. This is where Duex came from.
Evolve Very simple background music, synth, piano, strings, drums and a goofy guitar solo.
Found My Mind I don’t think this was what it started out being, but after I found a new neat little trick in my setup, I figured out how to make the guitar and bass sound like they knew what they were doing. These two instruments are doing 98% of the same thing.
Interlude I really don’t know what was going through my head at this time, must have been wanting to relax. French horn, piano arpeggio and string hints with brushes on the skins
Johnny Kissed the Teacher I wanted to write a disco song (as usual because the music is great), and it came out a little funky. The vocal you hear are from Blue Collar Musik, he had an a-Capella mp3 to download, and I slapped it right on top. I had to cut it up a little, but I emailed him and told him!
Laid Back One of the more recent pieces, i like to think this is techno disco, if there is such a thing.
I put together a little video for this using the Soul Train show.
Leisure Suit Fun for me
My Departure Wanting to see if I could do a soundtrack type thing, you know like a made for tv special.
Party Line Piano, mellow
Pretty Cool Groove this kinda has an industrial sound.
Proton One of the first I had put together after getting set up to record, using some typical old school hip hop sounds.
Temptation Here is another one where I must have been needing a calming fix. More french horn, but with acoustic guitar and piano.
White Noise Fun Song 2.
